ImproLocura
ImproLocura is an unpredictable and hilarious street show that breaks the rhythm of the city (which gets more boring and ordinary each day). An unexpected break will take you out from your daily routine, thanks to a provocative, funny and extravagant style of the performer. You will enjoy an improvised show that mixes pantomime, clowning techniques and sound effects.
In 2019 the show won the 1st Prize “Pave D’Or” at the Festival des artistes de Rue of Vevey, Switzerland
Created and performed by Luca Della Gatta
Premiere: 2018 Italy
Duration: 45 minutes
Luca Della Gatta studied circus art for a year at the Carampa school in Madrid. Then he got closer to the life of a clown and began training in physical theatre and pantomime at the “Nouveaux Colombier” school in Madrid, headed by José Piris, a direct student of Marcel Marceau.
He also had the opportunity to study with Roberto Escobar and Igón Lerchundi in Buenos Aires, and later continued his education at the Philip Radice University of Performing Arts in Turin, Italy. Since 2010, he has performed as Agro the Clown in the squares of leading European cities and at international street festivals.
