Mieszko Syc

Graduate of Cognitive Science at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Jagiellonian University, student of DRAMA studio, adept of the extramural exam for dramatic actors of the Association of Polish Stage Artists.

Co-founder of the Bakałarz Theatre and vice-president of it’s maternal Bakałarz Foundation.

Also associated with the English Traveling Theater Company.

He appeared, among others, in Hatred (dir. Paweł Budziński, Teatr Bakałarz), with which he won the audience award and the Grand Prix of the ShakespeareOFF Festival 2018; Sarenki (dir. Paweł Budziński, Teatr Bakałarz), with which he won the award for Best Actor of the Decha Festival 2019, and Tram 23:11 (dir. Don Allen, English Traveling Theater Company), with which he won the Best Actor award at the Sharm El Sheikh International Youth Festival 2021.

He also directed the performances Eight Women and Antisandpit.

An eternally chatty man. Curiosally, fascinated by physics, astronomy and technological innovations, passionate about board games and hitchhiking.

Associated with the KTO Theater since 2021, when he made his debut in the play Serena (dir. Katarzyna Anna Małachowska).

Currently in the cast of: The BlindThe Fragrance of Time, Peregrinus and ARCADIA.
