OPEN CALL for young and debuting artists to participate in the “Body and Time” Festival – submissions by June 7, 2024
For 37 years, we have been organizing the ULICA FESTIVAL for you – an international festival of street theaters. It is in our DNA, to support the, once marginalized, arts such as dance, movement, mime, and performance art, which is why we are thrilled to announce the 1st edition of the BODY AND TIME Festival, which will take place in September, 8th to 14th, and will inaugurate the 48th artistic season of the KTO Theatre.
We want to support young and emerging artists in the professional realization of their passions, providing space and conditions for their growth and exposure of their best works.
We invite you to participate in the OPEN CALL of our festival, where a special prize awaits for the winner – 40,000 PLN for the production of a performance in our theater!
The performance will be included in the repertoire of our stage, will have a gala premiere in the next artistic season, and we will ensure its proper promotion and exploitation.
The topics we will focus on during the festival are “body” and “time”.
