For this performance, the audience and the organisers of the 33rd Festival Danza Estate in Bergamo waited 384 days. Just as we did.
The festival was planned for May last year, but then this region of Italy was struggling with a terrible pandemic reality.
Finally, the plans became reality and the KTO Theatre was able to perform in Bergamo for the first time!
Due to the restrictions still in force in Lombardy, we performed “Peregrinus” indoors – in the unique interior of the Spazio Eventi di Daste. The audience which filled the space of the former thermal power station gave us a moving ovation.
