How to book and pay
Tickets for our performances can be purchased at the Box Office or online via our website. In the case of an online purchase, the electronic ticket will be sent to the email address provided in the order.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!
We would like to inform you that the start time of the performances has been changed to 8:00 PM.
Thanks to this change, audiences gain greater flexibility in reaching the theatre after finishing their daily commitments. The average duration of the performances (approximately one and a half hours) still allows for a comfortable return home at a convenient time. The new evening start time also gives the performances a more ceremonial character, highlighting their importance and the intimate atmosphere of the event.

VAT INVOICES:
Since 1 January 2020, new regulations regarding VAT invoices have been in force. An invoice for VAT taxpayers can be issued only on the basis of a fiscal receipt containing the taxpayer’s VAT ID number (NIP). Please provide this number before making the purchase.
TICKET PRICES:
Regular ticket: 50–130 PLN
Reduced ticket: 40–80 PLN
Sunday ticket: 40 PLN
Sunday family ticket (2+2): 120 PLN
Ticket payments can be made via the Przelewy24 service (a non-refundable service fee of 1.9% of the transaction value is added to the ticket price). Available payment methods include online and traditional bank transfer, BLIK and P24NOW credit limit

For children’s performances, seating in the auditorium is unnumbered. Please arrive 15 minutes before the performance begins. The theatre hall opens to the audience 5 minutes before the start of the performance.
REDUCED TICKETS:
Reduced tickets are available for pupils, students, pensioners and disability pensioners. A reduced ticket is valid only upon presentation of a valid document entitling the holder to a discount, which will be verified during ticket control.
From 1 January 2025, the number of reduced tickets for performances for adults is limited to 10% of the auditorium capacity. Discounts are available until this limit is reached.
GROUP TICKETS:
Group reservations (minimum 15 people) are available at a special price. For reservations, please contact the theatre box office by phone at +48 12 633 89 47 or by email at kasa@teatrkto.pl.
KKR3 – discount for participants of the Kraków Family Card 3+ Programme
KKN – discount for participants of the “Kraków for the Family N” Programme
KKR3 and KKN discounts are available only at the theatre box office upon presentation of the card number.
THEATRE PASS:
At the beginning of each artistic season, regular audiences are offered a theatre pass at a special price of 400 PLN. The theatre pass is personalized and issued in the name of the purchaser.
