Act II

With lots of improvisation and interaction with the audience and live music, the Act 2 presents an original story about death, the afterlife and the gods – those known and those a bit forgotten. Inspired by the 18-century sin-eaters, the story leads viewers through various rituals of the afterlife in an amusing and at times a bit esoteric way. Yes, there will be a coffin, but there will also be a bottle of wine. Yes, there will be laughter, but there may also be some forgotten truths and a bit of wisdom. And there will be whispers.

Informacje o wykonawcy: A solo project by Piotr Chlipalski, whose productions combine improvised storytelling, simple sounds, a bucket of electronics and a large dose of controlled chaos in shows that actively involve the audience. The artist has been performing on stage and on the street since the late 90s of the last century, for a decade also as the founder and leader of the Muzikanty band, and for nearly two years as the founder and director of the Ulicznicy festival.
