A workshop for families with children, based on improvisation. It strengthens bonds, develops imagination, and allows all family members to express themselves through movement. We will dance as we feel, following verbal instructions from the facilitator. The workshop is led by contemporary dance artists.
Participants can attend as a parent–child duo or as a whole family.

17.05, 2.08, 27.09, 18.10, 22.11
Two age groups:
11:00–12:00 – workshops for families with children aged 4–6
12:30–13:30 – workshops for families with children aged 7–10

40 PLN
Preparation for parents and children:
Please bring comfortable clothing and a bottle of water. Participants enter the studio in socks.

MA in Polish Philology and Theatre Studies at the Jagiellonian University, graduate of the Dance Department at Performers House, and a certified contemporary dance instructor. She is also a participant of the certified Body-Mind Centering® course.
In 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2019 she received scholarships to participate in the Alternative Dance Academy, organised by the Art Stations Foundation by Grażyna Kulczyk. She has been a resident of Dance Move Cities. In 2017 she took part in a study visit and training for educators in Rome, supported by the Art Stations Foundation by Grażyna Kulczyk. She has been repeatedly selected by Andrew Morrish for advanced solo training for professional dancers.
She is a scholarship holder of the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage (2020). From 2008 to 2015 she danced at the Experimental Dance Studio of Iwona Olszowska, practising improvisation with a Body-Mind Centering® approach.
