The workshops are dedicated to learning deep, effective relaxation and conscious rest. They focus on releasing bodily tension and efficiently restoring both body and mind.
The aim of the session is to discover several stress- and tension-relief techniques that, when applied skillfully, can support you in everyday life. We will practice conscious work with the body and breath to achieve the most challenging goal: productive rest.
During the workshops, participants will experience:
A core part of the workshop is restorative yoga. This is a very peaceful, regenerative form of yoga aimed at deeply relaxing the body and the nervous system—with zero effort, zero stretching, and no active exercise. It is a practice where the body is fully supported (e.g., with blankets, bolsters, blocks), allowing the muscles to completely let go. Staying in a few simple poses for an extended period (even 10–20 minutes) enables the body to enter a state of deep rest.
Please note! The workshops are designed for individuals involved in dance professionally, semi-professionally, or those who practice dance as a passion, but do so regularly and intensively.

She is a certified B.K.S. Iyengar yoga teacher, having completed a 3-year training course under Konrad Kocot.
She is also a certified Restorative Yoga teacher, trained in London according to the method of Judith H. Lasater. Since 2017, she has been a certified practitioner of Access Bars manual therapy. In 2018, she completed a year-long program in Relaxation Techniques, earning a certification as a relaxation and rest trainer, as well as the „Free Yourself from Stress” course. In 2024, she completed a training program in Thai Yoga Massage and participated in specialized training sessions on stress management and psychosomatics. She has also completed training in yoga for depression. Oliwia regularly conducts relaxation workshops, individual classes, and relaxation sessions.
She is the creator of two relaxation and regeneration sessions: CIAŁOOTULENIE (Body Hug) and POWRÓT DO CZUCIA, POWRÓT DO SIEBIE (Return to Sensing, Return to Self), which she developed based on her 10 years of experience working with the body and various forms of relaxation.
