Secrets

The show entitled Tajniki, which translates as ”Secrets”, tells the story of three migrant groups from different cultures: soldiers returning home from war, young women hiding in their home, and a girl forced to flee her country with her old, ailing father. All of them must completely change their lives and start them anew. The performance makes us think about how easily we judge others, how short-sighted our perception of reality is, and how much influence on human decisions the course of history has. The script was inspired by Magdalena Grzebałkowska’s book 1945. War and peace.
