Echoes


“Echoes” is a tale about migration and displacement, which until recently seemed to belong to the past. It takes viewers to a world of many cultures, nationalities and religions: to the Eastern Borderlands od Poland as they were before the Second World War and in the post- war period. The performance is carried by music (instrumental pieces and songs sung live) and movement in the Gaga technique.

The Migro Theatre was set up in 2019 in Krakow on the initiative of Monika Kozłowska and Justyna Wójcik. It specializes in performances without words and finds themes and sources of inspiration in traditional rituals and a journey that leaves lasting marks on the present.
