MILLA Foundation

The Milla Foundation is an organization operating in the fields of art, culture, and education, with a particular focus on dance and conscious body work. 

The Foundation’s mission is to initiate and support the development of dance and dancers in all its manifestations and forms, as well as to bring movement into contact with other artistic disciplines. An important aspect is emphasizing the health-promoting, intergenerational, and integrative function of dance and movement, which leads to an idyllic vision of building a “dancing” society. 

They believe that dance is accessible to everyone, that it is a universal non-verbal language, and that it helps people meet and connect, release tension, and create relationships. Thanks to this belief, the Foundation works with children, adults, seniors, as well as people with disabilities and caregivers. 

The Milla Foundation is based near Kraków, in Młyn Zabierzów — a former mill building transformed into an artistic incubator. This is where the heart of the Foundation beats: in a space created by Agata and Paweł Moląg, workshops, classes, meetings, and many creative project-based activities take place.
