Ewa Kornecka

Composer, music theoretician, pianist, recording artist, director, concert producer. Co-founder of the Krakow Loch Camelot Cabaret, which she currently manages.

Author of the musical settings of over 170 performances and radio plays. In the theatre she has cooperated with tJerzy Jarocki and Andrzej Wajda, among others. She has composed over 1000 songs. In the years 1990-2006, she has been composing music for Olga Lipińska Cabaret. For over 20 years she led a singing class at the State Higher Acting School in Krakow (currently National Academy of Theatre Arts). She cooperates with tthe City of Krakow as a composer, director and producer, creating grand shows for the Cracovia Sacra, Theatre and Poetry Nights. She is a member of the Chapter of the Aleksander Bardini Award and a jury member of many music festivals.

Winner of composition awards (Opole Grand Prix ’94, Paris City Award ’86).

She has been cooperating with the KTO Theatre since 2013. She has composed and arranged music for the theatre’s grand open-air shows for special occasions, including Arka B, Biało-Czerwona, Vivat Kościuszko!, Nowa Huta, Zemsta Romea i Julii.
