Dance and movement are an important part of our programme. This September, we’ve organised an event for you featuring no fewer than three exceptional dance and movement performances. You’re warmly invited!

TrueMoms Show
17 September (Thursday), 7.00 pm
a performance with audio description and Polish Sign Language

An intimate, energetic story of two dancers and childhood friends who, after years of following different paths in life, meet again through the experience of motherhood. This is a performance about female strength, the chaos of everyday life and the power of rediscovering oneself, told with tenderness but also with a touch of wry humour.

More about the performance >>> CLICK.

Dwie osoby w strojach sportowych wykonują taniec na scenie. Jedna z nich podnosi drugą, która wyciąga nogę, a obie zachowują skupione miny. W tle wiszą półprzezroczyste tkaniny, co nawiązuje do dynamicznego stylu wizualnego, często spotykanego w spektaklach Teatru KTO.

‘Salon Bizarre’
25 September (Friday), 7.00 pm

A dreamlike, symbol-laden journey into the depths of the rejected and the bizarre. A realm of dreams and hidden desires, where everything that seems unacceptable in the light of day returns at night in the form of shadows and blurred images.

Osoba bez koszulki częściowo zakryta teksturowanym materiałem wygląda na zestresowaną, z wieloma rękami sięgającymi w kierunku twarzy, a wszystko to na ciemnym tle.

‘BEZDROŻE. wilderness’
26 September (Saturday), 6.00 pm

A kinetic portrait of masculinity: the imagined kind, rarely shown explicitly. Five men on stage, close together, mindful and fully present. This is a performance that expresses both tenderness and strength.

More about the performance >>> CLICK.
