Ladies and Gentlemen,
please accept my heartfelt GRATITUDE for our time spent together on the 21st of May 2021 at Bohaterów Getta Square. Although each of us experienced those moments and varying emotions very differently, TOGETHER we commemorated a world annihilated in its material dimension – a world created by PEOPLE, their everyday lives, joys and sorrows.
Just as we do today.
That is why at the same time, I would like to express my GRATITUDE for realising the installation Poor Poles look at the Ghetto to many people: choreographer Mikhail Zubkov, costume designer Joanna Jaśko-Sroka, actors, dancers and extras, as well as all the technical and organisational team. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the Kraków Opera, the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre, the Ludowy Theatre and the Łódź Film Centre.
The Four Shades of Theatre project is co-financed by the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism 2014-2021.
